Annually, the USDA FNS updates the CACFP reimbursement rates for homes, centers, and administrative rates for Sponsors. The rates are adjusted according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI). For centers they analyze and use the "Food Away from Home" series, for homes they use the "Food at Home" series, and for sponsors of homes, they use "All Items for the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers."

There were zero decreases in all categories of CACFP in comparison to FY 24-25 rates. There have been some slight increases and rates that have stayed the same. You can find all of the increases and decreases here.

This notice does not include Cash-in-Lieu rates. Californians, it also does not include the state meal reimbursement. We'll keep you all posted as those are updated as well.
