"One of the FCCH providers we spoke with is closed because all families are keeping their children home at this time. Therefore, she has lost all of her income. She applied for all the various loans that have been made available and said she was offered $1000, not nearly enough to cover utility bills and food for the month, let alone her mortgage or any ongoing bills.
