CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS
We are excited to open the Call for Presentations for the 35th Annual CACFP Conference! Each year, this event brings together child and adult nutrition professionals, child care educators, sponsors, advocates, and state and federal agency leaders from across the country. It’s a space to learn, connect, recharge, and strengthen the CACFP community.
This year, we’ll gather at the beautiful Loews Coronado Bay Resort, and we’re seeking presenters who can help us deliver a program that is practical, inspiring, and grounded in real-world CACFP experience.
What We’re Looking For
We invite proposals that:
Share timely, relevant, and actionable strategies for CACFP implementation
Highlight CACFP-centered practices and lived experience
Offer hands-on tools participants can use immediately
Explore emerging issues, policy updates, and systems improvement
Celebrate collaboration, inclusion, and community engagement
Support the personal and professional well-being of the CACFP workforce
We welcome presenters from across the CACFP community: providers, educators, managers, sponsors, state agencies, researchers, advocates, and community partners.
Conference Tracks
Sessions will be tagged by target audience and beginner/advanced level to help attendees find the right fit.
We encourage proposals aligned with these tracks:

If your idea doesn’t fit neatly into one track, submit anyway — cross-cutting topics are welcome.
Session Formats
We are accepting proposals for:
Workshops (60 minutes)
Deep Dive Sessions (90 minutes)
Panels featuring multiple perspectives
Interactive or hands-on sessions
Storytelling, case studies, or community practice spotlights
We especially welcome formats that prioritize engagement, dialogue, and shared learning.
